Mr. Rooter - Shaun Cunningham was excellent in repairing our backed up septic. He came within 1 1/2 hrs. of our call, which was in the evening on a Friday! Everyone else was either late next day or Monday. Shaun was professional, courteous, and explained everything. He also gave us some very good maintenance advice. Even showed us the camera view of the system to see the blockages. Highly recommended and reasonable!

Had some issues with my drainage to the septic bed and was worried that it wasn’t going to be resolved. Mr Rooter of Caledon arrived early and was not going to leave until the problem was figured out. Not only was the problem fixed we were educated on the whole comprehensive process by an expert technician named Isaac. Nothing but positive things to say.

Needed to replace a 10 yr old Saniflo pump and toilet on the lower level of my house. It was in a tight corner and a bit of a messy project. When Issac called to say he had a cancellation and showed up early I was ecstatic. He insisted on taking his time and made sure to do a professional installation, even better than the original. Thoroughly impressed with Issac and his work. Definitely recommend Mr Rooter
