We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter and especially Ryder! Came home to an abnormally loud sounding sump pump- called Mr. Rooter and was connected with Ryder. He recommended coming over to check it out which we were glad he did. Found out that our sump pump was eroded, and not working properly anymore...plus other problems (it could have caused a flooded basement). Ryder did an incredible job of replacing it and fixed other things... very friendly and professional. Thanks again!

Kim went above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciate the help and his willingness when it came to installing a sump pump. Since there was a heavy rain forecast and waiting another day could’ve been a disaster, he reached out to me after hours and asked if it would be fine to install the unit today itself and got it done and checked everything. I’m very appreciative of all the help and would recommend him to whoever needs it.
